Abela Delices was founded in Lebanon in 2009, when two partners decided to establish a catering company.
The first Project was the central kitchen that has been providing a top-notch service in culinary excellence, serving weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. After the establishment of the central kitchen, Abela Delices was successful in signing various contracts to manage facilities in F&B and environmental services.
One of the most dynamic catering companies in Lebanon, Abela Delices is the market leader in industrial catering. We were able to successfully cover a wide segment of the market, from high-end events to the most technically demanding operations in hospitals and labor camps.

Abela Delices is governed by the laws and standard of ISO 22000:2018 and relies on the philosophy of the food safety management system. Moreover, LIBNOR and Codex Alimentarius along with other statutory, regulatory and customers’ requirements are used as point of reference.
We adopt strict hygienic measures ensuring that all involved kitchen team members are well trained guaranteeing their competitiveness in performing their duties and responsibilities. And we’ve established effective communication channels either internally or externally in order to enable on-time reaction to any changes that may affect our products.
